Do I need an account?

No. Vilno works without sign-up. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Your data lives only inside it on your phone, so removing the app erases all of it. We hold no copy.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

Only through your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google device backup). Vilno has no cloud sync yet.

Reminders don't arrive

Check that notifications for Vilno are allowed in your phone settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't hiding them. Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, so they don't need the internet.

I slipped. Is my progress gone?

No. Log the slip in the journal and keep going. Vilno never wipes your whole journey.

Is this medical advice?

No. Vilno supports you on your way, but it does not replace a doctor. Health milestones cite WHO and CDC. If you need help quitting, talk to a doctor or a quitline in your country.
